Participation council

The participation council of the ISK Groningen consists of two staff members, one parent and one student. The participation council discusses important developments with regard to school policies. When important decisions are made, the participation council’s approval is required. Examples include the drafting of the school plan or the implementation of rules and regulations regarding health and safety. In other instances, the participation council has an advisory role. This can be the case when decisions are made regarding the use of financial means, participation in educational experiments, the division of tasks, and so on.

A written report is made of the participation council’s activities.
